This 2 bed-2 bathroom apartment is ideal for a family holiday or a break with friends. The attractive 75 M2 apartment is located on the first floor and has a terrace of 21 M2 with sea view. This south facing terras has a BBQ, dining table & chairs and sunbeds. Located on the north-west, you will find the 2nd 21 M2 terrace where some relax armchairs are waiting for you. This terrace can be reached by 1 of the bedrooms.

The bedrooms have spacious fitted wardrobes with a little safe and comfortable box-spring beds (1.80 x 2.00). If you wish, this bed can be made into 2 single beds in 1 of the bedrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with a ceiling fan. The bathrooms (1 large and 1 small) with walk-in shower are very comfortable because of the towel radiator, underfloor heating and heated mirror. Sufficient towels and hair dryer are waiting for you.

In the living room you will find besides a comfortable sofa, a wood burner which makes the apartment very comfortable on cooler evenings. With the Smart TV, Netflix is within reach. In addition to the open, well-equipped kitchen, you will find a utility room with a washing machine and an extra fridge. Upon arrival, some tea bags, coffee cups and a bottle of wine are waiting for you. Do feel welcome!
